Salsa dancing is a passion of mine. There is nothing quite like the joy of dancing in perfect harmony with my darling, Matthias. Time stands still, we are absolutely in the moment. The joy I feel watching baby Sienna is similar.

How does this translate into a business philosophy?

My interest is in creating beautiful teas that are a contribution in a small way to your day; and in enjoying great relationships along the way.

Simple.

Of course, it isn't always simple - reality intrudes on a regular basis, and I am tired or grumpy, or I cannot source the spice I want, or someone does not (yet) share my vision. So it is an enrolment, a tea evolution.
